不要說自己有多努力。
我所以為的努力，都是心甘情願的，都是自找的。
自找的，有什麼好拿來說的？
不管你有多努力，這世上總也一定有比你更努力的人，以你無從想像的形式晨昏日暗的每天生活著。
努力，但不要尋求意義。
努力要有意義，必然要與成果作對照組。
人過六十，看過所有所謂的「成功」，必然交錯著太多與努力不相干的因素，來自外力，來自運氣。
只強調自身的努力，是扭曲了現實，也恬不知恥。
如果成果不如人意，還去強調努力，那是卸責，也是自取其辱。
不要跟別人說，不要跟自己說；「我有多努力」這種念頭，連想都不要想。
